If you like stamping and want to learn more then perhaps you would like to join one of the clubs that meet at OD-HBD. Beginners and seasoned pros are all welcome!
There are two clubs that meet every other month. At each meeting stamping ideas will be shared. Members take turns to provide a short program that focuses on a project or technique and treats. It’s easy to join and it’s FREE! Please call and talk to Marj if you have any questions.
This book club is unique in that this isn’t a club for reading books, but for making a unique size and style of book.
How the club works: Each participant will make one page for each of the other participating members. The number of pages to make will vary depending on how many members decide to participate in the project.

Saturday, January 28, 2011 ATC SWAP 10 A.M.—NOON SWAP STARTS AT 10:30 A.M.
Are you an ATC artist or just curious about these small gems of art?
“ATC” stands for Artist Trading Cards, which are cards the size of a baseball trading card, created using any sort of media including paper, ink, paint, rubber stamps, ephemera, collage sheet images, fabric, buttons, whatever your creativity requires and then swapped with other artists.
All ATCs to swap must be 2 ½” by 3 ½” and made or backed with sturdy cardstock (so they will last) and to swap, should be an original card (i.e., you can use photocopies on a card but cannot swap a photocopy of an entire card) and signed by you on the back. Artists put the cards they want to swap on display during the first part of the swap (from 10-10:30), and then cards are traded with other artists promptly at 10:30 a.m.
