Outstamping Designs first opened it's doors in 1993 in Valley Junction, a historical district in West Des Moines, Iowa. Now partnered with Heirlooms by Design under one roof, we are able to offer 7,500 square feet of scrapbook and stamping

Store Hours Monday, Friday & Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. OPEN LATE! ! Thursday: 10:00 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday: 1:00.-4:00 p.m. We will be closed on the following holidays so we may spend time with our families:
